Listen. And to actively explore which ideas and beliefs are alive in the other person. There is so much value in that. If you listen carefully and open up, you will always be surprised by glowing pearls.
And after that comes the most creative phase. Together on the hunt for the win-win that makes our hearts beat faster. Dream big… and then just make it come true together! You probably recognize that this is how it works. Yet, you see many organizations, especially municipal authorities, struggling with this. The fear of doing it wrong predominates, stiffens, causes stagnation and even opposition…
